Due to covid restrictions in November 2021 we had to cancel our trip as Germany is close to a lockdown. The host refused to work on a mutual agreement to pay around 60% instead of the total amount reporting it 2 weeks in advance. Appartment might look good but it's run by someone with a lack of common sense.

I've booked this apartment in Booking more than a month ago, due current COVID situation in Germany, I've been forced to cancel it, I've tried to reach an agreement with the aparment host but he didn't want to refund almost a part of the booking price, although we've proposed to pay him a part of the booking (up to 50%). He didn't answer, probably the apartment is nice, but I'm pretty sure that the host is not a good person.

Unfortunately the covid cases in Germany have increased, and we were forced to cancel our travel to Dusseldorf. We did planified everything and paid for the apartment one month ago, but two weeks before our reservation date, we contacted with the owner in order to manage the refund of our our payment, or at least, part of it since it was a considerable amount of money. The owner roundly rejected our proposition. It's a shame that someone who do business in booking is that unprofessional and has that low empathy with his customers. Good luck to the next guests. Due to covid we tried to cancel 2 weeks in advance and the person did not refund us anything, we would come to that apartment in the future when this was solved but we won't.

Apart from the description in the booking provider being wrong the apartment is pretty cool. The facilities, space and decoration is quite nice and the beds very comfortable. Parking in the area is pretty complicated but I also think the apartments have parking.

Quite a decent apartment, they could have made toilets more efficient. Bathtub started blocking after few days.

Omg
