I bought a pair of earrings in the store while on a weekend break to Germany and when I got home I discovered a stone was missing. I have contacted the store by email on 3 occasions and I haven’t received an acknowledgement or a response of any type. I gave my email and my phone number.
I am really annoyed and extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service.
I would not recommend shopping at this store.

Both me an my wife went to the store at schadowstraße, Düsseldorf. There was one lady who was asking what we wanted to purchase at the door outside the shop because we arrived at the store at 1720 and the store closes at 1800. Is the staff instructed in such a way that if the store closes the customers should be asked outside the shop whatever they want to purchase and pack up the shop before 40 minutes. After insisting she allowed and said there are only few things and you need to choose from that and she didn’t even was concerned to show fee more options also. Is this the way customers are treated at such a reputed store. This is the most pathetic way of treating customers.
