Great ambiance , but food is always cold and some dishes have to be asked for multiple times. The service female kept disturbing us for ordering drinks again and again despite of asking her to wait. Same menu since the beginning which is a bit boring. Live Grill should be tried if nothing else. Overall not a very great experience this time.

When most restaurants / take aways were closed we ended up here and it was a real nice surprise. You will find here very friendly staff in a very nice decorated restaurant. The food I can also highly recommend. Also the kids enjoyed it. (Not the easiest eaters) Now it was for take away but knowing the restaurant now I would definitely eat next time in the restaurant.

I don't want to step into this restaurant anymore. Their service is full of discrimination and vicious words. If they don't tip, they will call customers poor, they will quarrel with customers and scold customers, they are no longer welcome to eat here, and they will push customers out. This is a restaurant with the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life. I will introduce this experience to all my friends. Everyone who ate at this restaurant today witnessed it. The waiter brought a bottle of water and an empty glass , I actually asked for 4 euros for this bottle of water and 4 euros for an empty cup when I checked out. You can't ask the waiter why, and if you ask, you will scold the customer for being too poor to drink this bottle of water. I really don't know how long such a restaurant will exist.
. The female boss has been insulting the customer as a refugee and a poor ghost. I want to ask if the female boss was once a refugee?

Visited this restaurant 2 times now.
The Mongolian BBQ/grill is pretty good and had some decent ingredients to pick from.
The normal dishes are average and refill slowly sometimes.
The service is nice but was slow on the day i was there.

The first time I heard that you have to pay a tip when eating in Germany, is this learning American culture?
The boss can close the door if he can't pay the salary, instead of asking the guests to pay extra.
Remember to ask for tax invoices when you eat.

Awesome food... one of the best Chinese food in Düsseldorf....
Packed in a very cool box and delivered in warm condition.....
Quantity is also great....
Highly recommend.......
