I would like to recommend this Greek place for the fresh and delicious sweets but unfortunately the bad and rude behavior of the lady inside the conditorie made me to give only one star ⭐️ .
The waiter apologized for his rude colleague and that was the reason that we stayed in the cafe.
The best customer service is the most important thing to make a customer to come back.

Loved their taste. Their cakes and pastries are always so fresh and yummy.

My kids are 4 years and 1 year old, we ordered their cakes from Byzantio everytime.
They love the beautiful cakes and we love eating it ????
You can order your cake with a printed picture and they got your cake ready in your estimated time.
Some where i heard they deliver too but as it is so close to my home so we pick our cake personally.

The woman that works there was very bored and rude. She also forgot some things from my order.

Very fine bakery. Elegant, clean, with a good ambient. The employes are friendly and quick to serve.
There you can find a good variety of tasty pastries, prepared with dedication and creativity, with fair prices; Either to consume on the shop, or to take away.
The coffee served there is very tasty as well.

Best place for sweet treats in the south of Düsseldorf! Cream cakes, chocolate cake, cheese and milk pittas, cold and warm coffee, everything the Mediterranean heart desires, you will find in this small Cafe.
