Rustic, dark decor and warm welcome. The service is super fast and very friendly. The menu was sufficient and the food was delicious. Good quality and freshly made. We had a mustard gratin and a bacon pancake with salad. The mustard gratin was pink on the inside, the pancake was fluffy. In addition, a fresh key from the barrel and a small Fanta from the glass bottle (0.2l).
Highly recommended, even if the way there is a bit sloping. But see for yourself... ;)

Heute mal etwas anderes ausprobiert. Und ja, wir mussten auch den Eingang suchen (am Besten über den Büttgenweg kommen und der Beschilderung folgen). Etwas skurril der Weg zur Bauernstube (Hintereingang Altenheim), aber einmal gefunden (im Altenheim, rechte Hand liegend) geht man durch eine automatische Schiebetüre und steht in einer kleinen und urigen Bauernstube. Rustikal, dunkle Einrichtung und herzlicher Empfang. Der Service ist super schnell und sehr freundlich. Die Karte ausreichend und das Essen sehr lecker. Gute Qualität und frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten einen Senfrostraten und einen Speckpfannekuchen mit Salat. Der Senfrostraten war innen auf den Punkt rosa gebraten, der Pfannkuchen fluffig. Dazu ein frisches Schlüssel vom Fass und eine kleine Fanta aus der Glasflasche (0,2l).
Sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn der Weg dorthin etwas schräg ist. Aber seht selbst... ;)
