The host is a nice man but it takes more than a nice person to run hospitality business. It is also strategically located for trade show visitors. However the ambience, neatness and so many things were not in good shape. I will not come back!

The hygienic condition was disastrous, the last cleaning felt like more than a year in the past (mould, hair, dust, dirt, blood stains on the bed linen, food leftovers on the cutlery,...). In addition, we found significant safety deficiencies such as open cables and thus an acute risk of electric shock! I'm not really the type of person to review every stay at every property, but in this review it's important for me to say that this property definitely does not come highly recommended!!

Wir waren als Schulklasse 3 Tage und 2 Nächte zur Kunststoffmesse in dieser Unterkunft. Der hygienische Zustand war desaströs, die letzte Reinigung liegt gefühlt über ein Jahr in der Vergangenheit (Schimmel, Haare, Staub, Dreck, Blutflecken auf dem Bettbezug, Essenreste am Besteck,....). Dazu fanden wir erhebliche Sicherheitsmängel wie z.B. offene Kabel und damit akute Stromschlaggefahr! Ich bin eigentlich nicht die Person, die jeden Aufenthalt in jeder Unterkunft rezensiert, aber in dieser Rezension ist es mir wichtig, zu sagen, dass diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen ist!!

Also das Zimmer war dreckig, abgerissen Tapete, die Schränke fallen auseinander, Schimmel an den Wänden, kaputte Türen, das Klo läuft aus, die Dusche is zum brechen. Die Betten sind defekt, der TV funktioniert auch nicht. Mein Fazit nie wieder, die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer was wir erhalten haben, noch nicht mal ansatzweise.

Hier bekommt der Inhaber von mir 5 Sterne aufgrund seiner unglaublichen Höflichkeit, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, flexibel und aufmerksam... Für ein paar Tage reicht das Appartement definitiv aus, es besitzt eine kleine Single Küche mit Geschirr etc, Bad mit Dusche, tv einem Tisch mit genügend Stühlen.
