Das man bei einer ambulanten OP nicht stundenlang im Bett verbringt und der Ablauf zügiger verläuft als stationär im Krankenhaus ist nunmal völlig normal. Ich war nach all den 1 Stern Bewertungen sehr skeptisch. Aber völlig unbegründet. Von Empfang bis Entlassung wurde ich sehr freundlich betreut. Auf Schmerzen wurde sofort reagiert. Danke an das ganze Team.

Ich fühle mich noch komplett elend. Nach meiner Beschwerde behauptet sie, die Sauerstoffsättigung vom Gerätanzeige war schlecht am Finger, wegen den Nägel. Gibt es keine andere Möglichkeit, dass man vielleicht irgendwie versucht es anzubringen, im o.p funktionierte es ja schließlich und warum in 15 Minuten takt mir sagen, dass ich jetzt aufwachen soll? Später wurde ich noch von ihr angemacht weil ich gesagt habe, ich kann jetzt nicht aufstehen. Ich fragte dann nach Tee, Frau Langer meinte, ich soll aufstehen, dann gibt es Tee. Später kam eine ganz freundliche Kollegin rein. Sie machte mir Tee und gab mir meine Zeit, betonte es auch so. Die nette Kollegin meinte, dass Frau Langer nicht die schlechteste war. Really? Meine HNO OP liegt nun gut 2 Wochen zurück und ich kann nur positives berichten. Wichtig ist, dass man selbst gut vorbereitet ist und alle notwendigen Infos, Dokumente und ggfs. im Vorfeld erhaltene Medikamente dabei hat. Der Empfang, die Betreuung vor und nach der OP war freundlich. Natürlich ist eine ambulante OP etwas anderes als eine stationäre und das OPZ muss effizient arbeiten. Das bedeutet, dass alles zügig und dennoch gründlich erfolgt. Gut 1 Std. nach der OP konnte ich mich bereits abholen lassen.

Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit mich bemerkbar zu machen, die Türe war geschlossen und es gab keine Klingel. Dann kam eine sehr nette Dame aus der Praxis des Operateurs, hat mir aufgeholfen und mir eine Gilchrist Bandage angelegt. Sie meinte, ich solle mich nicht mehr hinlegen und eine Kollegin würde mir Kaffee und Wasser bringen. Da war es 12 Uhr und ich habe eine geschlagene Stunde auf meiner Liege gesessen und die Wand angestarrt bis endlich jemand vorbeikam. Da bekam ich auf Nachfrage etwas zu trinken und wurde dann kurze Zeit später aufgefordert zu gehen. Meine Kleidung wurde auf die Liege gelegt und dann sollte ich mich anziehen. Das war einarmig eine echte Herausforderung, aber auf meine Bitte hin hat man mir geholfen. Nie wieder würde ich mich dort operieren lassen. Ich arbeite in einer Praxis, in der auch ambulante Ops durchgeführt werden. Wenn wir unsere Patienten so behandeln würden, hätten wir keine mehr.....
