The staff u0026 coaches here are really friendly and attentive. Wide range of courses to choose from, with a spacious free training area and gym equipments in good condition. Spinning class might be a little boring though, but other than that, everything is perfect :)

I love this place, it feels very homily, Staff are very competent, friendly and make you feel very welcome, Instructors explain where you should feel the muscles so you know if you are doing the exercise right, there is a great energy here, the new location, which overlooks the MC Laren dealership, the Spa and relaxation area is roomy and shares the same view. They offer child supervision and my 2 children always go willingly to it when I train, they have a spinning room and 2 course rooms, and a performance area where you can play beach volleyball inside and outside, they do a lot of events, check them out for yourself is all I can say ,

Nice place to do your favorite sports such as beachvolleyball, badminton etc. Prices are okay.

With the new hall, it is the best gym in Düsseldorf.... I am sure because I visited almost all medium to big gyms already here.

Good badminton center and a fitness club. Unfortunately, they are moving to a new place next year and don't have badminton. Also has a decent bar.

I can only talk about the beach volley facility which was great

We played badminton with friends, totally worth it, very fair price.
In general I spouse here is an interesting place for sports
