What an experience. We came for cat food bowls and ended up staying 2.5 hours! ???? The staff are amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly, really helped us. Lots of interesting things and animals to see and an incredible selection for your pets at all price ranges. We will definitely come back, the kids loved it!

Absolutely wonderful. Must visit even if you do not have pets. Huge collection of pets related food, clothes, gears etc. You can buy all possible food for your reptiles too. There is an open area where free peacocks, hen and ducks are roaming around.

Great place to visit with all the different animals (most of which are for sale including kittens and puppies), don't forget to take a selfie with Norbert! After a while it got a bit tiring for our 10 year old daughter, there's a lot of ground to cover. Recommend you take frequent rests in between the different areas. Definitely somewhere to visit if you're in the Duisburg area, never been anywhere like it. Lots of families there, handy location as Landschaftspark Nord is just a few minutes away. Sadly the sloth was asleep in one of the overhead baskets, so didn't get a picture. There's a cafe there selling fast food, pommes (chips), hot dogs, schnitzels, burgers, etc. My husband had the Hawaiischnitzel, it was HUGE! Very tasty fare, recommend for a breather after all that walking. Bring cash to pay just in case, when we were there card machine in the cafe didn't work. Overall a great experience, especially as it rained on our visit! We were here Tuesday 26.07.22.

Incredible experience! Would recommend to anybody who's interested in animals or has pets!
Literally the nicest enclosures for the animals (for a pet store) u0026 the most insane variety of animals as well as animal supplies! Definitely go visit here!

I was shocked to see the life animal departement. The dogs looked scared and sad, fighting over a toy and there was urine all over the enclosures. The noise from the dogs, scared the tropical birds that where going bonkers because of fair from the aggressive sounding barks.
Besides the dog, there are rare animals like sloths, that are nocturnal and are forced to stay in the busy store.

Animals like slots, meerkats, tropical birds, chipmunks, alligators and other exotic reptiles should not be available in pet stores at all. It turned my stomach and made me sick to see what people do to Animals for profit. What makes me even more sick, is seeing that people praise this store and find it perfectly acceptable.

If I had any say in this, the store was forced to stop selling these animals or closed down. It's crewel and inhuman.

Will never visit this place again.

The place feels more like a zoo warehouse than a pet shop. It’s huge with everything you might want for your pets and you can purchase some exotic animals that I don’t think you can easily find anywhere else! A zoo like experience for kids as well l.

It's HUGE!!!
A lot of parking spots and the store is literally like a zoo.
You can buy every imaginable pet there from Hundred sorts of fish to sheep and peacocks to crocodiles to dogs etc etc.
