Reserved a car via the Sixt app. Took a taxi to the Sixt station, where they told me, they don't have ANY car available. Took taxi back. Wanted to cancel the reservation via the app, which cost 40EUR. Unbelievable. Calling Sixt customer service, who understands the problem, but cannot do the cancellation and asks me to explain via email. Sixt your service got horrible. A very unsatisfied customer.
