Don't believe any of the good comments below. They are old and none of them are now true. I have stayed here for 2 weeks (2022 spring) and I can tell that this is absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed. It is dirty and smells bad, the staff only speaks russian, they didn't clean the room even once during the stay, not even taking away the rubish, the towels are like kitchen towels, no wifi, very noisy and aggresive neighbours and finally, they didn't write me an invoice, despite asking for it every day. I guess they are stealing the taxes this way. Don't stay here unless you are really desparate.

NO INTERNET, NO SERVICE , SMELLS BAD,CAN'T SLEEP DUE TO LOUD SOUND OF THE TRAIN PASSING EVERY 10 MIN AND LOUDLY SPEAKERS NEIGHBOURS.

The owners are absolutely the nicest people you will ever meet. I stayed here for five weeks in the summer of 2012 while attending a Summer term at the local university. The breakfast was always delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great. Not only that, but Duisburg is a great central location from which to explore Germany and the Netherlands and even Paris. Stay here, I know you'll love it too.

Бюджетный отель, вполне хороший. В номере было двуспальная кровать и две односпальные, шкаф, тумбочки, столики. Из мебели всего достаточно. Чайник, что не мало важно. Есть кухня на втором этаже, где можно взять посуду и готовить можно, если надо. Все довольно чисто. Не шикарно, но хорошо. Смешной недостаток то, что телевизор некуда подключать в розетку.
