It is a nice place for having a calm walk. From the top, one can see a big part of Duisburg. It is also possible to see part of the Zoo from there.

The park is very near to the Duisburg Zoo. It has multiple entry and exits. It is a pleasant surprise considering the proximity of such a place to Duisburg Hauptbahnhof. You can reach this place either via tram or bus. The nearest bus stop would be Schweiser strasse or Tonstrasse . The lead way to the park is very steep. Hence bike might not be a good option, even though the road allows it. You should visit this place, if you are in Duisburg. If you walk further , then the road leads to the Duisburg Zoo. There is a Botanical Garden ( open for all ) and a nice restaurant when you descent down towards Tonstrasse. You can enjoy some good wine along with the scenic beauty of the place.

Nice park close to the zoo. Great for a quick walk. Some trails are rather steep, access not always easy/possible with a wheelchair.

Watch out: Recently, oak processionary moths (Eichenprozessionsspinner)have been seen in the area.

Lovely Park go for a nice stride and enjoy the nature.

Beautiful place for a morning stroll. From one corner you could grab a peek at penguins in the Zoo

The only hill for miles... Nice forest, good for more hilly runs.
