We held our 40th anniversary military reunion there. The staff, from the manager down to the chambermaids were excellent. No request was too onerous. From allowing us to fly our flag from their flagpoles to sourcing a breathing machine, as one of the group who suffers with severe obstructive sleep apnoea had left their machine in the UK. We were given a private dining room for our main dinner with the manager himself helping as a waiter. The superior rooms are excellent, and the comfort rooms are more than adequate. Breakfast caters for all tastes too. Top hotel. Top staff.

Very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. Nice room, good breakfast, enjoyed our stay, will use again.

We stayed here some nights during a fair in Essen. The rooms are small and way overpriced. Breakfast is good, starting from 5 am. I one of my rooms the glass door in the shower did not close, the water tap in the sink was loose. Staff did not recognize this.

Positive is that local Trains leave just opposite of the hotel. This Hotel is not my favorite one.

Nice place. Hotel is little old, but it is fine. Price for room was very acceptable. In the hotel is a very good restaurant.

Rooms are ok. Elevators have a classic feel. Breakfast selection is excellent. Near to restaurants and groceries.

Had a good stay in hotel. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel.
