One of the dirtiest and unhygienic hotels we've ever stayed in. There should be a rating that allows you to vote to shutdown the hotel. It was so bad that we got sick staying there for the night. It's been 2 weeks since we stayed at the hotel and we're still recovering from some kind or bug we got from there.

Need more notifications of the very step mountainous stairs and lack of lift. Work was in progress with bare wires poking out of walls, builders rubble and tools in hallway, one toilet out of action with leaking pipework, other in progress and usable, showers all need repair and flood the floor badly. Fire escape was signed to window with sheer drop. And no fire doors. Breakfast promised but not available on visit with no notifications.

purely speaking for the food and service; The food was awesome (schnitzel and steak) even though my steak was a bit more done than hoped for, it was still good!! I also asked for a salad instead of fries but I got both! and the woman serving us was really nice and made us feel right at home! the restaurant/ bar is also not too big so it is quite cozy and not too bright :)

Do not stay here. There were building materials in the corridor, one of the two communal toilets on our floor was removed, and when you ran the tap in the other bathroom, water would pour out the water inlet for the removed toilet. Disgusting conditions, unsafe fire escapes and we were denied the included breakfast that we had paid for with no notice! Stay far away!
