The reception was spotless, as so were the ladies smiles and greetings. All very smooth, went to room, comfortable single in some hotel this eould be a double so thumbs up for the size and ... It really looks newly refurbished. Breakfast was all what someone needs to. Good connection with Düsseldorf. 4* from me, the fifth would shoe polisher and iron in room, but rest was at the best taste

Good Central position for my visit - have used this hotel several times now and have never had any problems - the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them - highly recommended

This is a good place to stay at Duisburg. Cosy, modern equipped hotel, in fact they have 2 buildings opposite to each other. The one opposite the main hotel entrance have spacy rooms and is nicely built. I believe they don't have A/C in one of the buildings.

Very friendly service, helpful and accommodating. Rooms and Hotel is very clean with a good Breakfast selection.

The room was OK, no toothbrush etc was provided, better ventilation in the room would be nice. Breakfast was good.
