Called in to buy supplies for Dave, our 9 month old Border Collie while travelling through on our way to a conference. The staff here were really welcoming, helpful and efficient. Dave was allowed to come in while we chose some things for him and he loved showing the staff his ability to do "Rollovers" on command! ???????????? Thanks to the staff at Fressnapf for great service. ????????

One of the best places to buy pet accessories and food ... etc.
A dedicated parking lot for customer and some other stores around to drink coffee or have breakfast or even do the weekly shopping
The place has one disadvantage though
It’s not big enough like the other Fressnapf stores I’ve been to before

Voll super süße Tiere und viel Tier Zubehör. Es geht nicht nur ums verkaufen sondern hier wird auch drauf geachtet an wen die Tiere abgegeben werden. Die Beratung ist sehr ausführlich und sehr professionell. Wenn bedenken auf Seiten des Verkäufers bestehen werden die Tiere nicht verkauft und in falsche Hände gegeben. Das finde ich so gut und ist für das Tier wohl sehr sehr wichtig. Gut das sich hier alle so gut mit Tieren auskennen. Ich selber liebe Tiere über alles und kann nur empfehlen hier mal vorbei zu schauen auch wenn man nicht sofort eine Entscheidung trifft sich ein knuddel Tier zu holen. Schon alleine das gucken macht riesig Spaß und macht Lust auf mehr. Also nur zu empfehlen der Laden und auch wenn es nur um Zubehör geht.

Eigentlich wie jede andere Filiale auch gut sortiert und ausreichend Ware. Personal hilfsbereit und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Parkplätze zu genüge mit behinderten Parkplatz vor der Tür und Rollstuhl gerechter Eingang. Bestellte Ware Abholung auch in der Filiale möglich. Fressnapf ist mein Laden Alles für den Hund alles für die Katz....
