Terrible service from the manager, very rude replies and unaccomidating! The management is clearly extremely stubborn as you can see from their reply. Good customer service is being able to admit your customer is right, but this place wouldn’t know a thing about customer service. I dont know who let a bunch of egotistical idiots lead a business.

I ordered a cup of tea and it had a piece of something dirty inside and on the plate above it was something grose. I gave them back the tea and they didn't even say sorry. When we paid, the waiter didn't have the rest, told us to wait and never came back. If I wouldn't have to leave, I would have called the consumer protection
