In any case, my first ice cream in 2022 was an absolute failure and probably the last at Behrens after 35 years :-(

OK good to know but something you could pass on to customers. I still think chocolate wasn't 100 percent like it always is, and I think I used to have more pieces of chocolate in it.
I don't want to complain about prices either (inflation, etc.).
But label the ice cream so different next time. If I had been around, I would have personally complained/demanded a replacement.

I was at your new shop in Neudorf today and I have to say YES Finally it tastes 95 percent like it used to (chocolate and lemon) so up to 4 stars.

Ich war letzte Woche Samstag (15:30uhr) im Eiscafe und habe für drei Familien Eis bestellt.
29,90 Gesamtsumme.
Folgendes Ärgernis: bei drei verschiedenen Bestellungen sollte man der Bedienung glauben. Ich fragte welches Eis ganz oben ist und natürlich war die Aussage falsch.
So haben zwei Leute das Eis des anderen bekommen.
Ärgernis Nummer 2: vielleicht lag es an dem Tag aber es war nicht mehr das bekannte Behrens Eis!
35 Jahre ,sogar schon über die Nabelschnur,habe ich dieses Eis gegessen.
Schokolade und Zitrone in Kombination sind meine Favoriten.
Diese zwei Sorten hätte ich blind erkennen können.
Leider wurde irgendwas geändert und anscheinend macht sich der Wechsel des Besitzer bemerkbar.
Jedenfalls war mein erstes Eis 2022 ein absoluter Reinfall und wohlmöglich das letzte bei Behrens nach 35 Jahren :-(

OK gut zu wissen aber sowas könnte man Kunden weitergeben. Ich finde trotzdem Schokolade war nicht 100 Prozent so wie immer ,auch meine ich waren früher mehr Schokostücke drin.
Über Preise möchte ich auch nicht meckern (Inflation usw.).
Aber beschriftet das Eis also bei verschiedenen nächstes Mal. Wäre ich in der Nähe gewesen hätte ich mich auch persönlich beschwert/Ersatz gefordert.

Ich war heute bei eurem neuen Laden in Neudorf und muss sagen JAAA Endlich schmeckt es zu 95prozent wieder wie früher (Schoko und Zitrone) daher auf 4 Sterne hoch.
Hoffentlich bleibt es so.
