Ich wollte heute morgen einen Sonntagsstuten für morgen bestellen,ich bekam die Antwort das geht nicht ich hätte eher bestellen sollen.Sie würden aber genug Stuten herein bekommen und ich könnte wenn ich um 8 Uhr da bin einen haben wenn noch vorrätig.Ich fragte wenn doch Überschuß an Stuten da sei könnte sie doch davon einen für mich reservieren.Die Antwort war nein,dann kam die Filialleitung ans Telefon das wird immer so gehandhabt,peng aufgelegt.Ich habe darauf hin die Filiale an der Königstr.angerufen,sehr gern reservieren wir ihnen einen Stuten für morgen.....geht doch.
Die Fillale auf der Oststraße bekommt 1 Stern von mir .Sehr Kundenunfreundlich auch in der Vergangenheit immer wieder Ärger wegen Bestellungen sehr unflexibel, und total überfordert.Fahre dann immer bis in die Stadt zur Filiale Königstr.die bekommen 5 Sterne von mir.
