Really bad service yet again. Today I had to wait 28 minutes for a burger and fries. Then had to return twice because my order was wrong.

Last time I was here, there was only 1 other person Infront of me when I paid for my food it took 40 minutes for 2 kids meals and a burger. Both kids meals were wrong. There were missing items.

I have never known a fast food place so bad

worker turned our orders from dine in to take outs one hour before they closed because he said they just cleaned the tables. the tables were not cleaned and he let other costumers order dine in after us.

The staff who speak Arabic is very good but orders are always delivered wrong and when you get home you are surprised and have to return to them

20+ min wait for an order that should be done in 5 min and to call the service mediocre would be too kind

The restaurant supports only the German Girocard not a Mastercard, Maestro or something other. So it doesn't supports Google Pay or Apple Pay.
