Die Beifahrer Türe wurde von der Fernbedienung nicht mehr geschlossen, also bin ich 10 km zu euch gefahren um das Problem zu schildern. Es gibt nur Termine (kann ich verstehen), ich habe aber gefragt ob es eine Notverriegelung gibt, damit das Auto nicht die ganze Nacht offen ist, dies wurde verneint, aus weiter Ferne rief ein Mitarbeiter: "nein gibt es nicht".

Nie wieder bewege ich mich in dieses Geschäft und einen KIA werden wir auch nicht mehr kaufen.
Als ich vor 9 Jahren den Wagen bei euch gekauft habe, Habt ihr uns fast einen roten Teppich ausgelegt.

Als Geschäftsführung würde ich in Zeiten von Rezessionen evtl. mal mit den Mitarbeitern reden, wie man sich richtig verhält und auch mal Hilfsbereitschaft zeigen. Der Laden war übrigens gestern Morgen leer!

Wir sind vollkommen zufrieden. Wir haben uns einen kia ceed angeschaut und der Herr Heinz hat uns das Auto ausführlich erklärt er hat jede Frage beantwortet und war die ganze Zeit freundlich. Wir konnten so alles am Auto ausprobieren und haben jedes Detail erklärt bekommen. Endergebnis wir haben das Auto gekauft. In 2.5 Std war der gesamte papierkram mit Bewertung unseres alten Autos abgewickelt. So muss es laufen wenn man ein Auto kauft freundlich kompetent und zügig. Wir müssen nichts mehr machen außer unser Auto dort hin bringen und mit unserem neuen nach Hause fahren. Wir freuen uns auf weitere Zusammenarbeit.
