Appartment Edmund has 3 large rooms and therefore is excellent for 4 person-familly. It could be even bigger, because there is enough space to add few additionally beds. The villa is historical and very beautiful. The equipment in the appartment on high level. Additionally, you'll find there some XIX-century ceillings ans doors. It is quitte expensive (especially final cleaning).

Tolle Villa Haniel, aber leider in der Nähe einer Plattenbausiedlung. Daher ist das Ambiente außerhalb des Grundstücks nicht gut und der Lärmpegel, auch am späten Abend, noch recht hoch. Wir hatten die Wohnung Julius mit 6 Personen gemietet. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß und nett eingerichtet. Mit der Tram kommt man sehr schnell in die Innenstadt. Hatte bei der Aus- und Einfahrt immer ein komisches Gefühl mein Auto zu beschädigen. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, Discounter und Bäcker. Aber auch Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist die Villa Haniel zu empfehlen.
