Mein Sohn hat am vergangenen Samstag plötzlich starke Bauchschmerzen, Übelkeit Schwindel und Kopfschmerzen gehabt. Er war auch sehr warm, leider ging unser Fieberthermometer nicht aber ich war mir sicher er hat Fieber. Ich hab ihm gegen Übelkeit gegen Mittag Vomax gegeben. Das hat soweit erstmal gegen die Übelkeit geholfen. Da die Bauchschmerzen stärker wurden und er leicht schwankte, war klar ich muss zum Arzt. Nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit, sind wir dann zur Ärztin reingekommen. Die erste Frage war, was ich schon gemacht hätte. Ich hab ihr erzählt das ich ihm schon ein Medikament gegeben habe und halt Tee. Was sonst, ich bin ja kein Arzt! Sie fragte dann, warum wir dann her gekommen sind. Warum geht man wohl mit seinem Kind samstags zum Arzt und wartet stundenlang ????u200d♀️vor Sorge und weil ich ja nicht weiß was er hat. Ich hab mich voll Fehl am Platz gefühlt, als ob das unnötig war dahin zu gehen.
Sie hat meinen Sohn gefragt, wie stark seine Kopfschmerzen auf einer Skala von 1-10 sei und er hat nicht sofort was gesagt, da hat sie gernervt auf den PC geschaut und gesagt dann halt nicht. Und als er sich nicht gleich auf die liege gelegt hat, hat sie genervt gestönt. Ich war total sprachlos, wie respektlos sie mir und meinem Kind gegenüber war. Wie kann sowas Ärztin werden und noch für Kinder, total emphatielos. Am Ende hat sie irgendein Infekt diagnostiziert und Fiebersaft verschrieben. An dem Punkt hab ich gedacht, warum hab ich mir und ihm das nur angetan. Das lange Warten und diese unverschämte Ärztin,nie wieder. Würde ich niemanden empfehlen.

Nachdem ich der extrem unfreundlichen Schwester mitteilte dass ich die Urinprobe erst in wenigen Minuten abgeben könne, da ich kurz davor auf dem Klo war, wurde diese sehr wütend und drohte dass sie mich deshalb wieder heimschicken wollte.
Ich habe dann völlig gestresst nach 10min einen winzige Probe abgeben können, und während dessen wurde ich schon vom Arzt aufgerufen, wie mir mitgeteilt wurden ist.
Der Arzt klopfte mir kurz auf den Rücken und als er festgestellt hat dass dies Schmerz, wurde mir Antibiotika zur Behandlung für eine Nebennierenentzündung verschrieben. Ohne dass er die Probe rechtzeitig erhalten hätte können.
Da ich mit dieser Behandlung alles andere als zufrieden war, besuchte ich eine andere Klinik, in der mir ein verklemmter Nerv diagnostiziert wurden ist.
Der Arzt und die Schwestern sind extrem unfreundlich und inkompetent. Würde ich an niemanden weiterempfehlen.

Ich war heute in der Chirurgie zum Verbandswechsel und war sehr zufrieden.Sowohl das warten im Wartebereich als auch die Behandlung gingen sehr schnell. Selbst als dann eine Blutung kam und es doch genäht werden musste war es fix und gut erledigt. Sowohl Ärztin als auch Schwestern waren nett und ich fühlte mich gut behandelt, beraten und ordentlich genäht konnte ich wieder nach Hause gehen. Ich war froh, dass ich in die Chirurgie musste und nicht in die Allgemeinmedizin... das große Qartezimmer war brechend voll und ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, wie viel Stress da bei den Ärzten und Schwestern entstehen kann. Manchmal muss man sich halt überlegen, ob der Gang zum Hausatzt Freitag nicht schon sinnvoll gewesen wäre oder ob es nicht doch noch bis Montag warten kann...
