I have been in Dresden for a month. And I have been visiting this place for my Indian cooking. I have found the ingredients satisfactory. We can get Maggi here! (informing the new students here). I'm just taking a star for the pricey Indian snacks. As a student, I got a student card here which I can use for discounts. Halal meat is available here who might need that. Its a store with quite the essentials you might need.

I usually buy my Indian groceries from this shop. 2 months ago, I bought a packet of dal from them which was not getting boiled even after soaking for whole day and 6 whistles in pressure cooker. I politely requested them to take it back. They asked for receipt (which is acceptable), but I did not have the receipt. When I tried to tell them that I buy all my groceries from them and this is the only time I am having issues with it, they started talking loudly in front of other customers, claiming that I haven't bought it from them. I didn't expect them to behave in such an unprofessional manner. I understand that they can't take the product back as I couldn't prove that I bought it from them. But they could have conveyed their message in a more respectable way. I do not recommend this store.

When I ordered one kind of fish that I liked the most, this store delivered me another kind of fish that was completely wrong. I think that this store is playing with people's feelings. I mean, how can a store become so unethical! I take the initiative and complain about my case to the relevant authority in Germany. If this unethical and unfair incident had happened only to me, I would not take it seriously, because mistakes are part of the job. But when this matter happened to some of my friends, I thought it was not a mistake. This is a fraud and hypocritical work. It is one of the worst experiences in my life when I placed an order in this store.

This is the worst Online shop ever in Germany! First of all, they don't know how to deal with customers. I had everything organised in excel Sheet and eventually they dispatched the wrong products. I ordered two types of fish and that turned out to be the greatest mistake. I got something else that was not edible at all because of rotten smell.
I would recommend you all, be aware of this shop unless you want to spoil your precious money and time.

I think this is my first review ever, but when I saw some strange reviews of some people, I just could not help myself, so here it is ... This is my "go-to-place" whenever I need fresh coriander, green chili, or certain other ingredients which are not obtainable in your neighborhood Aldi / Kaufland. In my opinion best value/price in Dresden-area for spices(Radhuni, TRS), as well as different Dal, all kinds of fish I couldn't find otherwise. We also buy our meat here, halal(!). Always friendly and caring for customer wishes(for some dishes I need good meat with bones, and they cut/saw as per my needs). They also have Indian sweet items, different types of rice and flours, pickles and many other things.
And we also send money from here, since other places could not measure up.
And just today we got like 4kg of chicken from here, little family gathering coming up... And we will keep buying from Tukwila-shop :)

Owner is very rude person, I bought 2 packets of Balaji "Chataka Pataka" it's my fault that I haven't seen the expire date on it, next day I found out that it is already out of dates and expired, so I went to the shop and politely asked him returned as packet date is expired, he spoken loudly front of other person and insulted me!!

I think this is the worst online grocery store of Germany. They deliver wrong fish when they don’t have it or give the cheap and old fish instead of good one to make profit. They give wrong order and make mistake intentionally while pricing. It happened to me and few of my friends. And the owner always likes to blame his employee for the mistake.
