I stumbled on to this bar by chance. The staff were friendly, and the pint of Guinness I had was great. Inside was lots of Irish memorabilia. We will definitely visit here again, when we return to Dresden.

One of the better Irish Pubs in Germany. I found it pretty good, welcoming, friendly service, and the Irish feel you look for when you want to relax in an unpretentious place. I'd recommend stopping by if that's your scene.

We came to this bar on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. We are from Ireland and were looking forward to checking this place out. When we arrived the bar was half full and there were about 12 empty tables with reserved signs on them. There were 5 of us and we couldnt get a seat anywhere and the staff could see this but noone seemed willing to help. We then tried to get a seat at the bar. No one said hello, no one came near us to serve us, we had to try and ask for service about 4 times. One of the staff behind the bar even said "Jesus Christ" when we asked if we could get served and walked away from us while staring at a phone in their hand. Another staff member claimed they were busy as they stood and slowly sliced some lemons. We were in the bar for about 20 minutes and then gave up and left. I can genuinely say this bar on this particular day had zero hospitality and was quite literally rude and as this was our first ever time in Dresden it was a most unwelcome initial experience of the city. Could not even get a beer after asking several staff several times and was made to feel like we were most unwelcome. Being irish and having travelled most of the world I can genuinely say this is the most unpleasant Irish bar experience I have ever had and I've been to literally 100s in many countries over a period of 30 years. The bar looked nice and we wanted to stay but we were all so disappointed with the horrible welcome and total, seemingly intentional poor service from the staff. Being Irish, I don't think this pub deserves the honour of being labelled an Irish bar. Sorry, but that was my experience and that of my family too :(

Short version: very rude staff/antisocial behavior

Long version: Wanted to watch the Dortmund vs. Bayern game however inside was fully reserved, which is understandable. However they had the game outside as well so my friend and I sat down to watch. About 10 minutes later a staff member passing by rudely said the area was closed and continued on before we could respond. I walked up to another waitress and politely asked if we could sit and watch the game and the only response that was given was „we wont serve you“. I therefore assumed it was ok to stay, accepting that we cant order drinks. 30 minutes later into the game they shut off the TV outside, even when other customers who were on their smoke break asked for the game to be turned back on for them (the staff response was to point to us).
Not once were we asked to leave, however it was clear at the end that we were not welcome (though we would have gladly ordered some drinks)

If I could leave zero stars I would. Showed up to watch the game tonight and they were extremely rude, ignored us the entire time. Refused to serve us when we went to the bar. We then asked if we could sit outside and they said they wouldn’t serve us but we could sit outside. We then went outside to sit and then they came out to turn the tv off. Not sure if it’s because we were American or not. Either way wouldn’t recommend.
