An authentic old German restaurant. Friendly servers though the service is slow. Beware that some of the most beautiful spots (overlooking the river) have many bees that will sting people sitting at their favorite tables.

Huge portions for a reasonable price. It is what the Germans call "gut bûrgerliche Küche ". It tastes great, it doesn't cost too much and looks good. Together with the beer garden directly at the river elbe. Great evening. I can just recommend it to everyone who visits dresden

Amazing location, great views of the river, bridge and the hill on the other side. Good beer, food was decent but had better even in a busier Beergarden. Would definitely return though

Beer garten and beer is good.
But the food we had like schnitzel, leberkasse and all were so pathetic that schnitzel was like a biscuit, not at all recommended to have food from there. If you want inly beer then its good to spend time there.

Great experience there! The staff is friendly, the service is efficient and the food was very tasty. You get very good portions for a very reasonable price. They have vegetarian options (see pictures). They also have a ‘counter’ outside with a grill and fries, perfect for a takeaway for instance. They are also generous on the beer! In addition, the location is perfect, just next to the ‘Blue Wonder’ and by the Elbe. Warmly recommend this place!
