It's quite rare that we can write a review without finding at least one down side to mention and warn the folks reading.
Honestly I had such an amazing experience at the Pullman to the point where I wouldn't want anything to be different than it was.
I stayed at the Pullman for 14 days which I think is a fair amount of time to review it.

The staff is very professional and polite, always up there to help with any request you have, the breakfast is very good with a large variety of foods to choose from,
The rooms are beautiful with an amazing view.

If nothing else I can honestly say that next time I visit Dresden I will definitely go to the Pullman again without thinking twice!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during April 2022. The hotel is very close to the main train station, and directly in a shopping area. So if you are travelling or like to stay close to shops, supermarkets and some restaurants this location is quite good. It is not idyllic but it is quite convenient. It is also +-15 minutes away from the “Altstadt” (Old city center). I would rate the location as very good for exploring Dresden.
The room was clean, not huge but with an okay size, although the shower in the middle of the room seems a bit odd (to me at least).
The breakfast buffet (16€) had a good variety. You can also request an omelet and choose the ingredients. If you just eat a bit, I wouldn’t recommend, as you probably can find something cheaper outside, however, if like me, you use the breakfast buffet as “brunch”, then it is worth the money.
The staff/service was okay. In my case, I was quite disappointed with the fact that the few recommendations that I asked the staff were not really answered. I asked first if there was any free parking nearby, and I was told directly “no”. I was informed I could park at the hotel for around 20€ or at the Ibis nearby for 10€ or something like that. I didn’t trust this information as on my way to the hotel I had driven past an area that seemed not to have any park signs and thus I decided to check it again. And I am happy I didn’t follow what I was told, as on the other side of the main train station, just 10 minutes walking from the hotel there is an entire neighborhood where parking is completely FREE! I left my car there for the entire stay without paying anything. I also asked at the reception, if there were any restaurants they would recommend (this is something I do quite often, as I like to check out any local tips), however the reply I got was “go to the city center and you’ll find plenty”. Maybe the person didn’t know or there is some policy not to “advertise” indirectly, however to me was quite disappointing. I know where to find restaurants, I just wanted to know if there were any “famous” or “good” restaurant that would be recommended by someone living in the city.
I am not certain the price/quality ratio for the hotel is justified. I would rate the hotel as a slightly expensive for what it offers. In any case, and to summarize, I had a good stay at this hotel and the location was very good for my needs. There is an Ibis right next to it, so if the price is cheaper, you might be better off staying there. However, if you want a more “high end” hotel this is then a better choice.

1) I paid extra (only 3€ per day!) for a room with one large bed, and was kindly given a room with two single beds.
2) The desk chair has seen many wild nights of passion, and Pullman seems proud, opting to never clean it. (see photo)
3) They also decided the toilet didn't need to be cleaned. (see photo)
4) The bathmat is tired and is wondering about its retirement benefits. (see photo)
5) A kettle was included in the amenities listed in the booking, but was either transparent or only accessible in an alternate dimension.

Considering this place costs 50-300% more than the Ibis right next to it (their rooms are quite clean), it seems reasonable to expect things like this not to happen.

The weather was very cold (0 - 6 degree C) but there was no functioning heater in the room.
In the room, I can found a thing look like heater which stays under the floor and close to the glass window. I even tried to set the temperature to maximum but no way to turn it on.
The receiption informed that there was no heater in the room. Then they gave me a heating-fan to use instead.

The service at the coffee shop is the worst I have ever seen in my travels, ever.

The employees seem to be not from the local people. They, also d don't know that the customer is why they were employed in the first place.

The other employees were fine.

If this doesn't change, we will not stay there again.

Room was amazing, very stylish and with a wonderful view.
There were tee, coffee, everything for bathing.
The only disappointment is that you can here everything (in the room, your bathroom and nearest rooms).

Convinent hotel in practical location, not far from the airport and next to the main station. Check In was bad.

Flight from London landed 10am, 10:30
Check in at Pullmann was first a problem. Then I was offered it for EUR 30.- extra.. ???? been thinking to cancel the room (was free to 5PM) and find a different hotel, but to much hussle. went for early lunch instead and some sightseeing.

Overall I would say be more friendly to your guest, offer the early check in option from the start of the conversation, offer a call once the room is ready even before 3 PM. We all know the hotel was empty.

Also felt I was punished for my demands with a room to the less attractive view instead of the old town view. Unprofessional. Biggest concern should always be how to keep/make the guests happy.

Instead of extending my stay I headed to Berlin a day early because of how I was treated as a guest. And the noise towards the road in front of my room.

Room 1019 the rain shower head didn’t work and I would highly recommend to put some green at the roof being seen from the rooms.

That’s all.
