Wir hatten für unseren JGA einen 10er Tisch an einem Samstag reserviert.
Per Mail fragen wir mehrmals nach negativ Test und auch beginn der Karaoke Zeit. Bekamen auch sehr schnell und freundlich eine Antwort.
Als wir jedoch am besagten Tag anriefen um die Zeit etwas nach hinten zu verschieben, erzählte man uns die Bar sei heute (an einem Samstag) geschlossen.
Mit einer menge an Ausreden versuchte der Herr - ich meine es sei der Besitzer der Bar gewesen - uns zu beschwichtigen.
Aber mal ehrlich, sowas geht garnicht! Und wenn ich schon auserplanmäßig schließe, kontaktiere ich die gebuchten Gäste, zB uns per Mail und sage ab!
Schlechtester Service ever. Wir werden hier nie mehr reservieren geschweige denn es weiter empfehlen.
Bin echt selten so enttäuscht gewesen wie in diesem Fall.
