We recently stayed in this wonderful hotel. Staff welcomed us very professionally and was really helpful. Our accommodation was great, everything was very clean and the room was extremely spacious with 2 double beds and a very large bathroom! It was also fantastic to have a small balcony with the most amazing views! The only small disadvantage was that our room was right under the roof on the 4th floor - please note that the lift goes up to the 3rd floor, so we had to carry up our luggage for 1 set of stairs, which was actually alright - so our room was quite hot and humid. Unfortunately the portable airco unit did not work so well, so we had to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. All in all, I thought it was excellent value for money though, as there was also sufficient street parking, which was free of charge and ideal for taking a tram into the centre of Dresden. We would definitely stay there again!

In my opinion it looks more like a boutique hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a good option if you are not eager to stay downtown. The staff is young and very helpful. The room is nice, big , clean, tidy . The bathroom is immaculate.We came by car so we covered easy any distance. Free parking in front of the hotel . The internet worked well.

Hotel Windsor is supplying the Essentials, clean - room, big beds, big bath room (for double), good breakfast. It is Not a sparkling fancy hotel, but certainly ok for an over night stay if you want or Need to Budget. Staff Was friendly and helpful

Having good internet connection was very important to me during this trip and they have so horrible Wi-fi that "free wi-fi" in hotel description sounds like a bad joke. In addition the bed was so uncomfortable! It was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel receptionist who helped me during checking did not speak any English and was not very friendly. Although next day the new guy was very helpful!
Location is good, price is good, place is clean but they need to do something with beds and wi-fi.

Place is a bit rundown, dirty carpets, really weird bed (see photo), stained furniture. Huge bathroom. Wifi worked ok most of the time. Located close to trams that go downtown, free street parking (if you can find a spot). Breakfast is extra but worth it (nice buffet).

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice bathroom and shower. Delicious breakfast!! We will be back to this hotel for sure!

Nice and clean rooms at reasonable price.. little far from city center, but trams will help you to travel anywhere.. i enjoyed my stay..
