Stayed for a weeku0026recommended! Friendly and helpful staff! There were fire alarms in the middle of one of the nights, and the staff managed quite well and in an organized way. It was due to a smoking guest and it was solved fast. The room and the lobby is very clean, 10mins to old town or 2mins to public transportation.

This hotel was excellent. Great bathrooms, great service, very clean and modern. It's also walkable to the main attractions in Dresden, but is a bit far if you are walking from the main train station.

I had the worst breakfast experience EVER in this hotel. The waiters (and what seemed to be a supervisor/manager) clearly upset that I arrived only 10 minutes before the end of breakfast time as they were already removing the buffet. It was only myself and one other customer left but it seemed for the waiters we no one was there at all - they were shouting across the room, joking, flamboyantly laughing and of course, completely ignoring us. I felt like being openly ridiculed as punishment for sleeping a bit longer on a Sunday. Disgraceful!!

The staff here were wonderful. In particular, I'd like to say thank you to the ever-cheerful man running breakfast who came around and asked me for my egg order and the housekeeping and front desk folks who helped me recover a few pieces of art I accidentally left in my room for hours after checking out.

Amazing place, we stood there only one night and couldn't enjoy all the services, but it was very great experience. Beautiful, modern, clean, stylish hotel with very kind and helpful staff and delicious breakfast

A little bit small room but in general nice place to stay in Dresden. Be careful in parking where to stay, you could be block by another car.

One of the better hotels I have been staying ever. The place is really nice, the design of the rooms, the small details in the room which makes the place different from others, the small mini bar, the location in the city of Dresden. All is good and makes you feel comfortable. The breakfast I have no experience with, but I bet it's good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the dining are looking cosy. The bar menu is quite extensive, and what I do know it that they have very tastefully wine.
