Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here. Staff are so courteous and helpful. Top notch cleanliness, and great facilities. Beds are so nice, and the ventilation system is perfect. If I return to Dresden, this place will be my first preference. Highly recommend!

Hotel is located in the new Wolrd Trade center, means a bit outside of downtown, in fact only 15 minutes short walking distance or 5 mn by S Bahn with direct stop in front of the hotel, line 12.
3 stops of S Bahn 7 to Hauptbahnhof.
Good confortable rooms.
Staff is discreet and helful.
Very good included breakfast.
Large italian restaurant is also part of the hotel for evening dîner if you do not wish to go out.
A good place to stay !

Had my worst sleep in any hotel. The pillow is so flat that I can’t even feel the existence of it, same goes to the air conditioning. Yet interestingly, the duvet is much thicker than the pillow, considering it’s summer time. Anyway, if you’re looking to sleep in a sauna without a pillow, here is the right place for you.

This hotel was first place, where we stayed after hard time in Ukraine. All personal made everything to care about us and make our living comfortable and relaxing. I want to tell big thanks from all ukrainians that was living there during 3 monthes. Hotel organised toys for kids, clothes, all informatiin about our first documents and care to solve all questions we need. Special thanks for the patience with the children????. There were high quality service, restaurant food, help with medicine, doctors etc. All team are friendly and speak perfect english. I wish all the best to everyone who was near of us all time and helped. I wish you prosperity and success for years!!!

Very nice place to stay when you like to discover Dresden. Close to station Dresden-Freibergstrasse World Trade Center.

Not a good experience. Staff not helpful and doesn’t listen to your request at all. Avoid and find better hotels outside.
