Hostel Mondpalast Dresden

I stayed in a room for maximum 6 woman. It's the best hostel I've been to. The rooms are clean and spacious - besides the beds there are a small table and chairs. Every bed has a place to charge a phone, a small shelf and a nightlight. The bathroom and the kitchen are clean and big enough, so is the common area. The staff is nice. The price is adequate to the quality. The only disadvantage for some could be that the nights in the neighbourhood are rather busy and loud, but it didn't interrupt my sleeping. The area is also very beautiful and fascinating. I stayed there only for 1 night but Dresden and the hostel are great - definitely recommend to stay longer ❤

I loved this hostel. The building is old but it is very well maintained. The rooms was spacious (5 bed dorm) with a decent sized locker.

The staff were amazing (110%) and really added to the experience. There was also live music and open mic nights when I stayed and it was really great fun.

The location for me was fantastic, lots of cafes and restaurants and you can see amazing graffiti and street art in the area. It's only a few stops on the tram from the central station.

I rented an eBike too, only €12 for the day! And cycled to the natural park. It was a great trip!

Breakfast and towels aren't included but for me that's fine and the staff are so great, the rooms and toilets are very clean so top marks from me.

If I come back to Dresden I'll stay here again.

This hostel is wonderful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is especially nice, there are good community areas with board games, and a kitchen. In addition this hostel had the nicest, most practical shower setup I've ever seen, it made everything super easy. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice design. Comfortable and stable bunk beds (no vibration when the other person moves). good kitchen. Good location.

There is not hot water in all sinks. A small breakfast for around 2.50-3€ would be nice. The price of the bed linen are not shown on the reservation website beforehand.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was one of the most enjoyable hostel experiences I’ve had mostly because of the staff.

All very helpful and kind, I would happily return solely because of them.

Great location as well, not too far from the old town and surrounded by bars.

I would say this is one of the best hostels. Friendly and helpful staff, large bed and beautiful rooms with lockers (considered the price!). It's located in the energetic area of Dresden. Also they got a nice mini bar! 5/5. Will visit again.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and professional.

I just have to mention that on check-out day there was a bit of a mix-up with who was going to check me out as it seemed no one wanted to do it but I want to believe that it wasn't on purpose but they just don't want the same person that made check-in of the guest to make his check-out but that in no way influence my evaluation and satisfaction with the hostel that is very positive
