I loved this hotel. I would not say it was perfect, but they resolved the issues friendly, smoothly, and super fast. Although getting to the hotel from the airport was a bit challenging, it is on the perfect spot to look around the city (especially for Christmarkets). Breakfast was decent, considering their rate. Housekeeping was good enough, but it seemed they didn't understand my notes written in English. If you don't speak German and need something, talking to the front desk would be a better idea. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was way above my expectations.

The hotel is located right in the center and easily reached from the main station.
The room was very clean, spacious and nice! Huge shower and a big bed.
The ones at the reception were always very helpful and giving great advice.
Breakfast is included and quite okay, but not outstanding. There was unfortunately no change in selection over my 4 days of stay. But you could have as many coffees and juiced as one wants. Price value is great!

Location is very good.
Staff is competent and nice.

Contra
Rooms are incredibly dirty! Hair, Dust and all kinds of human fluid spots were on the bed.
In the bathroom the garbage can was facing the wall. We turned it around (so it's usable) and found out it was full to the top with toilet paper tampons and all kind of other stuff.
Breakfast buffet does not have enough variety and not very good quality.
Hotel ist strongly understaffed.
Parking in the hotel is very expensive.

Location is great, close to Christmas Market. Hotel employees are also 101%. Breakfast is included, basic but good. Rooms have a decent size. Furniture new and functional. I found the mattress too soft for me.

Nice hotel, mattresses were soft for me as I have back problems , but that's the hotel standards so it's not their fault. Just mentioning it if someone has back problems like me.
I had an unfortunate incident with the cleaning team who weren't up to my expectations , but in the same time the reception team were very professional and offered a compensation of a one night discount and some vouchers for free drinks , the attitude of the reception really had a very positive impact on me.
I was going to give it a 3 star , but have given it 4 because of how the reception team were able to make it up for me in a very professional manner showing how they care for their clients. Really a whole hotel with all the efforts that are being done doesn't deserve to loose a star for an individual mistake that can happen anywhere.
The rooms are modern and the breakfast was nice , but would be great if they add any hot items to the breakfast buffet.
Bathroom is clean and shower was great.
There is s set up of a few tables and chairs outside the hotel where u can have s drink or a smoke.

Tram stop is just in front of the hotel , making transportation via public transport real smooth.
There are also a couple of large shopping malls near the hotel for shopping lovers.
Tourist attractions are at a walkable distance , average 1km to the old city centre.

Very clean and hospitable place. I found the bed a bit too hard for my liking, but then that's just me. The shower is awesome! No English language TV channels that I could find again not the end of the world. Hotel is very central to the main shopping areas, parking across the road is reasonably priced but independent of the hotel which is ashame. Nice place will use again definitely

My family stayed here for a night, but we were all pleased with our visit, which cost €30 per person (given that the children were still under 18). The room was really clean, the breakfast was ample but most importantly, the hotel was extremely close to the Altstadt. The parking below ground had limited space (about 25 cars) , but it deserves praise for it's security (with two metal gates preventing entrance). Reception staff were also kind and answered all sorts of questions. I would gladly return if I had the chance.
