Wirklich eine tolle Atmosphäre vor Ort. Sehr freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit, überaus geduldig und immer mit dem Fokus für den Kursteilnehmer das Beste herauszuholen. All diese kleinen Kniffe und Tricks stehen in nahezu keiner Literatur und werden so wunderbar anschaulich demonstriert, sodass Sie wirklich verinnerlicht und auch zu Hause angewendet werden können.
4h+X geballter Kaffeegenus bestanden bei mir aus: Mühleneinstellung optimieren, den perfekten geschmacklichen Espresso gemeinsam erarbeiten, Ausflug in die Techniken von Latte-Art und gekrönt von einer Session zum Handfilterkaffee…
