Leider ist es jetzt schon zum 5. Mal der Fall, dass der bestellte extra Käse auf meinem Burger nicht drauf war. Jedoch natürlich trotzdem auf der Rechnung stand. Jedes mal 2€ für eine Scheibe Käse, die dann noch nicht einmal drauf ist, ist extrem ärgerlich. Auch andere einzelne Male wurden Extrawünsche vergessen (Käserand o.ä.). Da ich selbst aus der Gastro komme verstehe ich, dass so Fehler menschlich sind, zahle den vollen Preis und gebe auch gerne überdurchschnittliches Trinkgeld. Aber daran muss man unbedingt arbeiten! Sowas sollten Einzelfälle sein und nicht die Regel.
Demnächst muss ich wohl leider doch schon an der Tür alles kontrollieren, schade..

Da ich ansonsten sowohl mit Service, Freundlichkeit, Lieferzeit und natürlich auch dem Essen immer wirklich sehr zufrieden bin, gibt's erstmal nur einen Stern abgezogen ;)
