A giant collection of everything related to medieval conventional and ceremonial weapons and armor, historical textiles and some jewelry themes. This collection is amaze in its size and variety. To get around everything without running and have time to enjoy this collection, you will have to spend more than couple of hours. This unique place is simply a must-see, as is the so-called "treasury". These two museums can be described as "You did not live if you did not see it".

What an amazing collection. Could spend hours here looking at all the pieces. So much history and great stories behind it all.

Extensive collection of both ornate and practical items. It's a very long haul to get through all the content! Could be a whole days worth of content.

Awesome collection of armour and exhibits. The ceremonial armour are particularly exquisite.

This is a collection on a grand scale. By far the best armoury museum I have been to. They have a large and varied collection with something for everyone. This is a must see in Dresden. All signage is in English and German. Ticket includes the other museums in the castle.

Interesting collection of military Articles. Kids would also most definitely enjoy seeing the full suits of armour and the full-sized jousting knights on horseback.
