I have paid my monthly fee with another account and they did not check and sent me to pay with fine, when i tried to call and ask he just listened and cut the call. very bad customer service and they don't care about customer, they try to squeeze money from customers in the name of contract. I have shifted to berlin and i have registered in the same gym they are not allowing me to do so.
