I have paid my monthly fee with another account and they did not check and sent me to pay with fine, when i tried to call and ask he just listened and cut the call. very bad customer service and they don't care about customer, they try to squeeze money from customers in the name of contract. I have shifted to berlin and i have registered in the same gym they are not allowing me to do so. I don't understand why they have Franchise if they want to be decentralise Studio have been member from the past 4 years and see how they are ending term with me. I never ever join a company like you.

Excellent and comprehensive service and training!
The atmosphere of the gym is perfect. The gym staffs are friendly and supportive; the facilities are professional; the gym is not crowded even in rush hours, in case of guide or technical tips or assistance during workout always two coaches are available.
About the training plan, I wanna tell you that my trainer (Lovis Eichler) described around 1 hour my training plan, and also more than 1 hour for nutrition plan. Lovis explained the bodybuilding by details (theoretically and practically) perfectly with a friendly demeanour.

It’s a medium-size gym. The place and the shower room are very clean and well-organized. Trainers are kind and patient. More importantly, they speak very good English, which is very useful for foreigners like me.

Gym is temporary closed because of Covid-19’s but still they charging money every month,why is it possible will they refund or can I cancel this contract too.?
