My first impression of this place was great. At my initial appointment with the store went smoothly. The employee spoke to me in English as I requested and we ended up deciding on an engagement ring that I liked for my fiancé. I was informed that the size I had ordered would be available at the store within 3-5 days and had a confirmation email as well. As the days went by, I did not receive additional communication from the store, altho I had provided both email and telephone number. A week later I stopped in at the store (only by appointment) to see what was going on. As I started to speak English the staff member did not understand me at all and automatically became unwelcoming. On top of all that the ring had not been at the store. I tried making another appointment for a few days after and to their knowledge they had "no available appointments this week". My planned proposal date to My lady passed up and I had no ring, so ofcourse I did not propose. Being upset I wrote the store an email detailing my frustration. Ofcourse it has been a week and still have not received a response or another appointment date. I don't usually even write reviews but these types of stores are meant to create happy moments not leave bad impressions. So thank you but I WONT BE RECOMMENDING this store to anyone, quite the opposite. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

They charged me 17 euros for removing 2 links from my bracelet and giving me pin, without telling me in the first place. I was charged 5 Euros for the stock pin which is given for free at any watchmaker. Outrageous. I was not even given the chance to return it.

Jetzt war ich nicht mehr bereit, die Reparatur zu bezahlen, weil es bei sorgfältiger Behandlung sicher wieder passiert wäre. Das wenig motivierte Verkaufspersonal war nur bereit, mir die nicht reparierte Uhr zurückzugeben und mich so schnell wie möglich "abzuwimmeln".
Fazit: Nie wieder in diese Verkaufsstelle!!!
