This is, without a doubt, my favourite burger anywhere. I have been coming to this place for years, ever since they were stationed on the other side of the street and i still havent gotten tired of it. The burgers are excellent with fresh ingredients, prepared right in front of you and at a great price. The place can get crowded sometimes but it is worth it. The kartoffelecken with their house sauce are to die for.

Delicious burger and panfried potato (no french fries here). May not be the best burger in town (I haven't tried all burgers in town) but for the price you can't ask for too much.

Amazingly delicious ... I go there, and no where else, whenever I want a burger. The people are friendly and nice. The menu is creative and their special potato dish is just beyond delicious. I love there and I strongly suggest you try it as well.

Good quality hamburgers, but No ketchup, no mayo, no mustard , no fries...what kind of burger joint is this? I would not recommend Americans eat here. But the food was delicious.

As mentioned here: the staffs' friendliness is super unpredictable. But the burgers are always good and that for an acceptable price. Best food after a long night in Neustadt ????

This place has the 2nd best burger that I've had in Germany. The bacon cheeseburger is made with American-style bacon, comes with a delicious sauce, and is served on a toasted bun. Kochbox is open quite late and is located in the happening neighborhood of Äußere Neustadt, which makes it a great place for a late night snack.
