Food was fine, paid £5.59 for a whopper. They kinda speak English so that was nice.

They are the definition of slow! They take decades just to make pommes. If you ask for a burger, you are going to be there for eternity. To place the order is such a difficult task, that it requires an IT degree.
The food at the end is cold because some things are ready 20 mins before the rest and you can't even eat there. Keep it up!

The worst experience ever!!!
It was the 1st time I went to a Burger King in Dresden. We ordered 5 cheeseburgers, 1 longchicken and french fries. PROBLEM 01: They gave us 4 cheeseburgers and argued a lot that we paid 4. We asked for the copy of the ticket, there were the 5 but no way to convince them. They could have made a simple calculation but in a very anger manner they "decided" to give us the fifth one to "not enter on a discussion" (their words). PROBLEM 02: The chicken long gave diarrhea to the person that ate this. And the worst is, if you search a little on the internet, there are cases of people complaining about diarrhea after eating this same burger. AVOID THIS PLACE.
