Also der Kuchen schmeckt ganz gut, wobei es jetzt auch nichts besonderes ist. Brot haben wir noch nicht getestet.
Aber die Brötchen sind wirklich nicht toll. Ich weiß nicht ob es in Bio Qualität kein Backtriebmittel gibt aber sowohl die Doppelten als auch vor allem die anderen Sorten (zB Walnussbrötchen) klingen erstmal super, sind aber total winzig und hart. Am nächsten Tag gar nicht mehr zu essen. Haben jetzt nach einigen Monaten den Brötchen nochmal eine Chance gegeben weil wir beim ersten Mal enttäuscht waren aber diesmal war es noch schlimmer. Ganz besonders traurig sahen die "Croissants" aus. Als hätte sich jemand drauf gesetzt. Die haben wir gar nicht erst probiert.
Sehr schade, ich kaufe gerne Bio und bin auch bereit dafür mehr zu zahlen aber beim Bäcker 100m weiter schmeckt es einfach besser.
