Da ich über Amazon bestellt dachte ich das ich gute Ware bekommen würde. Leider ein Irthum.
Hatte eine Lotusflanze für das Aquarium bestellt. Angekommen voll mit Wasserlinsen. Wer einmal Wasserlinsen im Wasser hatte weiß von was ich spreche. Antwort vom Verkäufer! Man kann das doch auswaschen.
Aber Hallo! Weiß er das nicht das wenn man eines nicht erwischt ist im nu alles voll im Wasser. Kein Verkäufer im Zoogeschäft würde mir so eine Pflanze verkaufen. 50 Jahre ist mir das nicht untergekommen das ich so was erleben musste. Aber eigentlich ist es doch so. Man kennt den Kunden nicht. Alles online und da ist es doch Wurst und es ist egal was der Kunde über die Firma denkt. Oder wird hier Corona ausgenutzt? Viele Kunden kaufen ja jetzt lieber Online ein.
Ich persönlich sehe keine Zukunft für diesen Händler.

Leider bleibt bei dieser Firma viel auf der Strecke.Ich würde nie wieder in Vorkasse gehen. So unter dem Motto ich habe das Geld nun seht mal zu wie Ihr kommt.
Es werden blühfähige orchideen versprochen,sie sind aber weit davon entfernt.Die Wurzeln lagen frei und sind fast vertrocknet.
Was man aber positiv erwähnen sollte,ist die gute Verpackung.
Schade das so ausgehen mußte.Die gleichen Erfahrungen haben aber auch schon andere gemacht.
