The apartment they gave us was large and spacious, it also had a kitchen, it was also clean. The only problem was the location right above the restaurant kitchens, the entrance door (pictured) was always open because in the basement of the condominium there was the restaurant storage, so people come and go all day and night , smell to food all day. Without parking, I think it is too expensive for the quality offered.

Excellent location, right in the center with all the popular things to see in this city plus all restaurants around it. The Check- in was in a different place but it was easy enough to find the apartment. We parked our car at the police station which is a few minutes walk to our apartment. Big room with kitchen , living room, bedroom, bathroom and big entrance. I Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very good in terms of location, as it is located in the middle of the tourist area and the prices are very suitable, and there is inside it everything a person needs from a kitchen, kitchen appliances and a washing machine, in addition to the bathroom and bedroom, as well as the beautiful view of the church

Very large and comfortable fully equipped apartments in a fantastic location. Some rooms (e.g. 403/4/5/6) have a view towards the "Frauenkirche". I had the pleasure to meet the nicest and most attentive reception lady that I ever met in any hotels.

Fantastic location, walking distance to most attractions in the old town, and very easy to cross to the opposite bank for great views back. Friendly and efficient service. It's a apartment hotel so limited house keeping. The ambience is more or less old Eastern bloc. Large room size, reasonable facilities, high ceilings, low noise. If you do self-catering, Lidl is within easy walking distance. No oven, hob and microwave only.

Money well spend, 56€/night for two. We were happy to stay. Booked the same day we went in. Parking was by hotel 22, 50€ or police stations 6€. Both nearby. Its possible to park car longer time in the hotel parking. Apartment is about 150m from old citys most famous church.

Living room, shower and bed rooms were great. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Fridge, freezer, electric stove, equipments... It was mostly clean. Just some spots from the cooking above the stove. Thats okay for 56€/night.

Nice to wash all the clothes from the trip in the apartment. There is no laundry drier. Apartment info book suggested to call reception from the rooms phone. Just didnt find phone to do that... so I went to get one. They didnt have it 8.30pm, but promised to bring in the morning to our room. They didnt come and we continued our journey.

A very pleasant apartment, centrally located, steps from the Bruehlsche Terrasse, Frauenkirche and Augustusbruecke. Staff was helpful and friendly, maintenance was courteous (when we had an unfortunate locking incident with the washdrum in the washing machine). The restaurants on the ground floor do have late opening hours, so the rooms can be a little loud until closing.
