Janna scheint auch etwas falsch verstanden zu haben. Mit einer Reha Verordnung kann man nur sehr begrenzt trainieren (z.B. steht darauf auch, wie oft pro Woche man trainieren darf. Oftmals nur 1 Mal oder 2 Mal). Alles, was an Gerätetraining oder Kursen darüber hinausgeht, muss man ÜBERALL extra zahlen. Im Medicos AufSchalke musste ich z.B. 40 € im Monat zahlen, um alle Geräte auf der Trainingsfläche nutzen zu können. Im Sinne der Gesundheit war es mir das aber auch wert, wenn ich dafür von kompetentem Fachpersonal angeleitet werde und nicht von einem Studenten oder Fitnesstrainer, der von Orthopädie und Funktionsstörungen keine Ahnung hat.
Ich frage mich also, was man dir da angeblich "verkaufen" wollte und denke eher, du hast nicht genau zugehört.
Man muss auch im Life Center für den ganz normalen Reha-Sport mit Verordnung NICHTS bezahlen.

Und mit "Nix Gutachten" kann ich als Bewertung mal so gar nichts anfangen. Das hilft mir null weiter.

Eher untypisches Fitnessstudio, es wird deutlich mehr Wert auf Kurse von Zumba bis Yoga gelegt.
Keine Pumpen zu sehen, sondern nur normale Menschen die sich umfassend fit halten wollen. Insgesamt wird meines Erachtens mehr Wert auf Fitness, Stretching, etc gelegt.

Vor Ort ist außerdem ein mehr als nur empfehlenswerter Physiotherapeut !!!

Auch wenn es für mich vom Ort/Weg her nicht so gut passt, mache ich hier Rehasport und bereue es nicht. Nach Abschluss des Rehasports werde ich mich wohl normal anmelden.
