Right by the train station yet noise was not a problem. Excellent service and breakfast. The room was small, as advertised, but clean and smelled fresh. The only thing I would have liked to add was lotion to the toiletries given. I especially liked the little elevator for my luggage. The staff were very helpful even with a late check in and were even able to print a couple of pages for my flight the next day. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was quite small (306 under the roof of the building) and I was touching the ceiling with my head at the end of the room close to the windows (I'm 1.80 cm so not a giant). It wasn't a 4 star hotel room in my opinion. A shim had been used to keep the furniture from wobbling. But the breakfast and the people at the reception were so good that I probably would go back. Especially the young guy at the counter that lent me his computer cable because mine was not compatible with the german one.

Room is spacious and clean. It's near Dortmund main train station and walking distance to the city center.The workers on duty was friendly esp the girl working on the breakfast buffet the next day.

Excellent location, great price u0026 friendly staff. Our small dog was able to join us, which is always a bonus! The private parking had maybe 10 spots, our SUV fit just fine! Breakfast was buffet style and delicious!

Great, trendy u0026 cosy, small-scale hotel in the centre of Dortmund. Had a great stay there. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Everyone spoke some good English too. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, with a pretty bathroom, filled minibar, large double bed. We especially enjoyed our breakfast. A large extensive buffet, constantly being tended by two very friendly staff members. We will certainly return to this hotel!

very nice hotel but the bad it's very unconfortable. please change it! the Bath is the best place in the room. soap choice has good flavour and the breakfast is generous.
position very close to the rail station.
i give 3 stars only for bed.

Good location. Close to train station and the centre of town and it also has on-site parking. Breakfast is good and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. I'll stay here again when I'm in Dortmund for work.
