The waiters were friendly and attentive. We were sat at a table outside. The weather was nice and hot, so they made sure we had shadow. The waiter was funny and charmed the table. We ordered our drinks quickly and the food followed in an acceptable time afterwards. While waiting for the food, we saw to other guests struggeling with flies humming over their food. We didn't think more of it until we received our own food. After a few minutes, there was a lot of flies all over our food. We disgused if we should move inside. But the music inside was very loud. When the waiter came to ask if the food, we said that it was delicious. But the flies..... The waiter only applied: "it's nature" and shrug his shoulders.
So all ind all. The food was actually good, but the hole experience was ruined by the many flies.

Love this place! Great food and amazing staff. All the workers here are willing to please and are so friendly! The gin fizz was way to sour and tasted like straight up lemon juice BUT the Caipirinha was the best I've had in Germany. There are lots of vegetarian options and as an American myself, I love that I can get onion rings and mac and cheese! Their sour cream tastes like a dip from my hometown. I just wish they served milkshakes. If they did, it would be perfect!

Crazy long time coming.. We were a party of about 20 people. We waited for hours! Staff really sweet though and food quite delicious however mostly kold!

[New Update]:
Because the food and the place were really nice, I gave this American restaurant a second chance.The digital registration is not necessary anymore, hopefully it will stay like this. The food was again delicious, the staff friendly and we enjoyed the time spent there. Great to see that no blabla institute has to be informed that I was there with x persons and we consumes a million calories. ????????

Great food, but the mobile registration feels like made in China. You won't be entering this place if you don't have a mobile. Very disappointing for an American place. ????????????????????????

The evening was very enjoyable. The steaks were perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is incredible. The crew is a team. Will be returning very soon.

Great food and really nice evening. That Beyond Meat Burger tasted really good.
