Sehr schönes Lokal. Rustikale Hafenatmosphäre, aber dabei trotzdem modern. Mit Blick auf den Phönixsee. Eine kleine wechselnde Saisonale Tagesgerichte auf einer Schiefertafel.
Natürlich Fisch aber auch herzhafte Fleischgerichte und Vegetarisches zu vernünftigen Preisen. Ich hatte eine Kürbis Quiche mit Salat. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Auch für ein Glas Wein nach Feierabend mit Freunden oder Kollegen sehr gemütlich.
Dazu netter Service hinter der Theke. Hier ist nämlich Selbstbedienung.
Ich komme gerne wieder.

The repertoire of the other dishes ranges from simple, tasty stews for € 4.90, over Mediterranean classics to well-known dishes from German cuisine such as Sauerbraten or cabbage roulade.
Everything is served without much ChiChi in funny enamel dishes.

The beverage selection consists of various beers of Flensburg and the local Bergmann brewery.

Geöffnet hat die Hafenkantine nur Montags bis Freitags 11.30 - 14.30 Uhr und 17.00 - 22.00 Uhr.
Mittags eher besucht von Geschäftsleuten aus den umliegenden Büros, wird es abends durchaus gemütlich.
Dafür ist das äußerst nette, kleine Team um Heidi und den 2 Köchen verantwortlich.

Es gibt keine feste Speisekarte. Die Auswahl besteht aus 6 Gerichten und einem Dessert welche man einer Tafel hinter dem Tresen entnehmen kann. Alle Gerichte kosten unter 10 €.
Das Angebot wechselt in unregelmäßigen Abständen. Die einzige Konstante sind der Schürmanns Salat und die Kibbelinge mit Kartoffelsalat. Das Repertoire der sonstigen Speisen reicht von einfachen, schmackhaften Eintöpfen für 4,90 €, über mediterrane Klassiker bis hin zu altbekannten Gerichten aus der deutschen Küche wie Sauerbraten oder Kohlroulade.
Serviert wird alles ohne viel ChiChi in witzigem Emaille Geschirr.

Die Getränkeauswahl besteht aus diversen Biersorten der Flensburger und der lokalen Bergmann Brauerei.
Aber auch Weintrinker kommen hier nicht zu kurz.

In der warmen Jahreszeit kann man es sich auf der Terasse direkt an der Uferpromenade gemütlich machen.

Ich kenne das Schürmanns im Park, toll für Familien. Aber Schürmanns am Phoenixsee ist für Kinder nichts. Es gibt nur ein paar Gerichte für Erwachsene und es können keine Beilagen gesondert bestellt werden. Meine Kinder hätten die Speisen gegessen, wenn es die in einer kleineren Portion für einen kleineren Preis gegeben hätte. Das war auch nicht möglich.
