(Translated by Google) We went to the Pfeffermühle for dinner with friends (6 people in total) on a Saturday.

We had booked a table for 7 p.m. and were allowed to sit in the cozy beer garden.

Unfortunately, the staff was quite overwhelmed and so a lot went wrong. So first came white wine instead of red wine. Then we had to wait almost two hours for our food. Since guests who came after us got their food earlier, something must have gone wrong with the order. After asking several times and just before we were about to leave, the food finally came. First the wrong food that was meant for another table and then finally the right food. By then we had at least one salad plate from the salad bar.

The food was delicious and all 6 dishes we had were very good.

Compensation, in the form of a small round on the house for the long wait, was only given when we asked the boss about it.

Here we would have wished that they had come to us earlier and told us that, for whatever reason, there were delays. Then you could have decided whether to take it upon yourself or not.

Since we were there for the first time, we don't know if yesterday with the long waiting time was just an exception. We can definitely recommend the food there.

Wir waren auf einem Samstag mit Freunden (insgesamt 6 Personen) in der Pfeffermühle essen .

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 19.00 Uhr bestellt und durften im gemütlichen Biergarten sitzen.

Leider war das Personal ziemlich überfordert und so ging einiges schief. So kam als erstes statt Rotwein Weißwein. Dann mussten wir fast zwei Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Da Gäste, die nach uns kamen, ihr Essen aber früher bekamen, muss wohl etwas mit der Bestellung schiefgelaufen sein. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und kurz bevor wir gehen wollten, kam das Essen dann endlich. Zunächst das falsche Essen, dass für einen anderen Tisch bestimmt war und dann endlich das richtige Essen. Bis dahin hatten wir zumindest schon einen Salatteller von der Salatbar.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und alle 6 Gerichte die wir hatten, waren sehr gut.

Eine Entschädigung, in Form einer kleinen Runde aufs Haus für die lange Wartezeit gab es erst, als wir den Chef darauf angesprochen haben.

Hier hätten wir uns gewünscht, das man schon mal früher zu uns gekommen wäre und uns gesagt hätte, dass es, aus welchem Grund auch immer, zu Verzögerungen kommt. Dann hätte man entscheiden können, ob man diese auf sich nimmt, oder nicht.

Da wir zum ersten Mal dort waren, wissen wir nicht, ob es gestern mit der langen Wartezeit nur eine Ausnahme war. Das Essen dort, können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
