We were in Dortmund for a wedding and stayed here for one evening.
Upon arrival the host was very friendly. He could communicate in English and told us everything we might need to know.
The hotel has closed WiFi - you receive the password at check-in.

The bed was very comfortable and the room standard. The bathroom has lots of mirrors and everything you might need.

The overall room was very clean. There was some dust on the light switches at the headboard of the bed but the rest is impeccable.

Breakfast was served between 8:00 and 10:00. Upon arrival we were greeted by another friendly and eager employee who asked if we'd like coffee and brought a pot to the table.
Breakfast was a buffet with a perfect combination of different kinds of bread, two types of egg, bacon, cut meat slices, cheese slices, jams (Nutella), yogurt, salad (including mozzarella and baked tomato) and small waffles. Upon arrival the bacon was finished already but they refilled it without being asked.

All-in-all I enjoyed our short stay at Postkutsche and will come back here again.

Great place for short stay, welcoming staff. Rooms bit small and restroom is shared outside of your room. Great price compared to benefits.
