As Luffy mentioned, the noodles were too soft! I find it unacceptable for a main dish.

Otherwise great.

Everything here is incredible, the food, the atmosphere, the staff. All of it.

The staff is really friendly. I can't eat wheat flour, so they prepared me alternative versions of their menu items. Great taste, lovely design!

The menu is very simple. Their main focus are the hand pulled Chinese noodles. I ordered a weekly version of their noodle dish, some dumplings and a chocolate cake. Let's discuss things from end to start.
The chocolate cake while being vegan was a delight. Probably the highlight of my menu course. The noodles which I expected to be the shining star actually was quite the disappointment. They absolutely had no bite. You could even eat them without teeth. Way too soft and therefore was lacking an amazing chewiness and mouthfeel. The dumplings were decent. This time I had more an issue with the filling. It was like eating a small meatball. Not bad but not great either. I prefer dumplings packed with fresh minced meat and chives or cabbage.
Everything was served fresh and hot!

SERVICE
Service was impeccable! The waitress who looked after my well being this evening was so lovely, friendly and professional that I left utterly impressed. This alone would justify 5 stars. Probably the best service I ever had or at least Top 3.

ATMOSPHERE
Such a lovely place. Kudos to the team or person who put all the love, care and effort into this place. I understand why this place is packed and that you need to reserve a table as soon as possible. It just looks so modern, stylish and fresh.

RATING
I think I shouldn't have gone for the weekly noodle dish. It was too European for my taste. Next time I should go straight Xiamen or Sichuan style. That still doesn't change anything if the noodles are way too soft.
Furthermore the drink menu is faulty (0.2 instead of 0.33 for Henry drinks). If you don't communicate this before serving, it is a bit of a scam.
Five stars for the interior design and the service. You can't get better than this.

Homemade (Biang-Biang-ish) noodle dishes and starter's. (Slightly) Europeanized Chinese food. Tasted very good. Hot means actually spicy which is nice, also most amazing selection of cakes for dessert ????.

Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Really well balanced, very high quality dishes especially the sezchuan. Lovely environment and decent price.

This time around, the food experience was actually rather nice. When ordering, we explicitly requested not to put too much salt into our dishes. Easy fix and it was so good!

We had the duck (Beijing koaya like, but with a deep-fried duck instead) and while it's not playing in the same league as a real peking duck, it's actually very tasty.

The noodle dish was very good this time, as it should be when it's not oversalted.

Definitely worth checking out if you crave for some Chinese food.
